“This course will look at how humans interact with computers and how computers mediate our interactions with the world. Topics covered will include interface design, user studies, accessibility, and ubiquitous computing.”

• Understand how we design and evaluate computer systems for usability.
• Read and understand scholarly papers in the field of human-centered interaction.
• Understand how qualitative/quantitative research, creates scholarly and practical knowledge.
• Develop design skills, like requirements analysis, prototyping at various fidelities, product evaluation and usability testing.
